Don't Get Sick This Thanksgiving Holiday

By Kathy Forcey

Unhappily, you have been sick with the Swine Flu for a good amount of time but you feel a lot better currently. These offers only come around once a year and there is not anyone else in your family who could really go in your place.

Now imagine that you are the one who is fit.In the same scenario, would you put yourself in the situation of possibly becoming infected with the swine flu so you can get great discounts at the Black Friday sales?

We all understand the prices come round only once a year, though there are sure to be some wonderful offers both before and after thanksgiving this year when shops do all they can to earn as much money as they can out of the established shopping holiday. But are these discounts really good enough to risk catching what could turn out to be a very dangerous virus for many Americans?

Like any sickness some parts of the population are more at peril than others, if you are part of a young family or maybe you look after aged parents, then your black friday extravaganza could be putting their lives at risk. If you are reading this and just think you will wear a mask, well they have only been shown to be effective for 30 minutes. So unless you are going to the stores with Wonder Woman you are positive to be out in the shops for a lot more time than half hour.

Although the quantity of deaths and cases of H1N1 have seemed to be dropping of late in some areas it is not an indication that the problems are over. The more frequently you are exposed to people the more elevated the danger of you catching some illnes it is a statistical fact.

Stop worrying everything is not lost! You obviously have access to a laptop (or you couldn't see this) so why not take part in the cyber shopping craze that is growing every year?
