Discover how any Women can be Yeast Free

By Christy Night

Did you know that 75% of all women will develop a yeast infection in their life time, with most of them experiencing re-occurring yeast infections.

This makes it one of the most common health problems women will face, so why do they occur?

Believe it or not 90% of the population carries the culprit on and in the body. This includes men as well as women.

Even though Candida yeast exists in such a large portion of the population, our bodies have the natural ability to defend itself from infection and overgrowth with good bacteria.

If you lower the levels of these helper bacteria, then the yeast will grow and spread into an infection. The most common cause of this antibiotics, after a course of antibiotics your body will be low on good bacteria since antibiotics do not distinguish between good and bad. This is the perfect time for Candida yeast to grow.

Unfortunately women are more susceptible to yeast overgrowths, due to the fact they have more things which affect their bodies.

You will find that fluctuations in hormone levels are responsible for promoting Candida yeast. That is why taking the pill, pregnancy, and monthly cycles can all contribute to your yeast problem. Most of these can't be helped, but you can do your best to keep your helper bacteria high to counteract the chances of infection. It is also possible to see your doctor about alternatives to the pill, if infections become to common.

However diet can also affect a woman's hormone levels, and immune system. Many women do not realise that while they may not take antibiotics, much of the meat in food is pumped with antibiotics and hormones to make it healthy and grow quicker. When you consume this food the antibiotics lower your good bacteria, and hormones affect your own levels causing yeast to spread.

Because of this you can simply change your diet to stop yeast infections, but since yeast is harboured in both men and women you really need to get your partner to change their diet too.

Yeast can be spread very easily between partners, if your partner has a internal yeast infection he can pass it on to you, and every time you think you get rid of it, he can give it right back.

Most men do not realise they have a yeast overgrowth, since it is not as common for it spread into a surface problem, and when it does it is normally treated as jock itch or something else.

This is why all women who suffer from reoccurring yeast problems, needs to seriously consider undertaking a complete Candida cleanse along with their current partner.
